This is a monkey from Germany it’s made out of porcelain, but it is actually THE MONKEY KING! From the Journey to the West by Wu Cheng’en! And it makes sense too:
- he wears a belt like the monkey king does for a while,
- porcelain technically comes from the ground and the monkey king is made from stone which also comes from the ground
The monkey king’s story shortened is basically he is the enemy of every god/goddess in the pantheon. >:3
